The Social Chance is a User-Generated Content (UGC) platform that connects brands and creators for marketing collaborations. We act solely as a facilitator and are not responsible for the performance, quality, or outcomes of individual collaborations or agreements between users.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Content Ownership & License
Creators retain ownership of their content unless otherwise agreed in a separate campaign agreement.
By submitting content to the Platform, you grant The Social Chance a limited, non-exclusive license to host, display, and promote such content for platform-related purposes.
Users must not upload unlawful, infringing, harmful, or unauthorized content.
5. Payments & Fees
Payment terms are defined within individual campaign agreements.
The Platform may charge service or transaction fees where applicable.
Unless explicitly stated, we are not responsible for payment disputes between brands and creators.
6. Prohibited Conduct
Users agree not to:

Infringe intellectual property rights

Harass, abuse, or harm other users

Attempt to disrupt, hack, or misuse the Platform
Violations may result in suspension or permanent termination.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Social Chance shall not be liable for:

Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities

Disputes or claims arising between users
Use of the Platform is at your own risk.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform at our discretion for violations of these Terms.
Users may discontinue use of the Platform at any time.
9. Amendments
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
